- All products are eligible for return or exchange according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Please contact us via the Contact Us page or by phone to request a return or exchange.
- Kindly provide photos of the product along with your city, address, and order number. This is required in case the product is defective, damaged, or not as agreed.
- A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description on our website.
- We are not responsible for any expectations of product use not mentioned on the product page.
- A deduction of 30% (or a minimum of 15 dollar) will be applied if the customer chooses to return the product without any defect or issue.
